The day we wrote the song, I came home and my friend Dawson from the band Almost Monday and my wife and I all sang gang vocals around the dining room table in my kitchen. And then there was a whole gang of incredible songwriters and producers, a revolving door of people at Conway. I will let you know, I like tall people. Honestly, they’re some of the nicest guys I’ve met, let alone just artists.
